Processing Time

Unless specifically noted on the product page, your order will be dispatched the next business day (Monday through Friday) as long as it is received before 4:00 PM EST. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified immediately via phone and/or e-mail. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information and/or additional processing is required, there may be a delay in shipping your order.

U.S. Shipping 48 States

All domestic delivery types should arrive before the end of the business day offered by the corresponding USPS shipping method. See below for shipping methods.
For example, a Priority Shipping order placed on Monday before 4:00 PM EST will arrive on or before close of business on Thursday. If ordered after 4:00 PM EST it will arrive on Friday. Please note that weekend delivery is not offered, therefore, if you order after 4:00PM EST on Friday, your order will not be dispatched until Monday morning.

First Class – 4 to 7 days
Priority Mail – 3 to 5 days
Overnight – 1 to 2 days
*Certain large items such as heavy bags may ship at a fixed rate.

U.S. Shipping (Outside U.S. 48 States)

Orders shipped to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories and 7-15 days for military addresses.

International Shipping

Orders outside of the United States can be shipped via International First Class (estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days), International Priority Mail (estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days), International Express Mail (estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days). Actual delivery times may be longer depending on location and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country.

The following is a list of countries we currently ship to. Some items, however, may be restricted by your local laws. It is your responsibility to be aware of these restrictions before placing an order. If you order an item that is prohibited in your location and it is returned to us, your refund will exclude any shipping and customs fees that we incur.
